Shipping policy

Shipping Timeline

Artcraft commits to shipping most orders within 48 hours of being placed on regular business day, or the next business day following a weekend, whichever is sooner. Photo prints are made to order and will require two additional business days for processing.

Delivery time within Canada is normally 3-10 days. Please note that we are located on a small Island on the west coast of Canada, so delivery times may be longer than expected. Some delays are beyond our control and we thank you  in advance for understanding.

Incorrect Address

Artcraft will not be held not responsible if items are shipped to an incorrect address if the customer has failed to fill out their address form completely and/or correctly. The customer is responsible for re-shipping charges on incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping items for exchange 

To return your product to us for exchange or store credit, contact us at  shop@ssartscouncil.com or 250-537-0899. Our address is 114 Rainbow Road, Salt Spring Isl., BC, Canada V8K 2P5.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping from any country outside of Canada please mark your package clearly that "Country of Origin is Canada.” 

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Artcraft is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail.

Damaged items 

If you believe your item is defective, damaged in transit, or your order is incorrect, please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can be contacted at shop@ssartscouncil.com or 250-537-0899. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced by exchange only.
