Artcraft Winter

Artcraft Winter is an annual month-long exhibition and retail gallery hosted by the Salt Spring Arts Council, celebrating the creativity of local artists and artisans from Salt Spring Island and the Southern Gulf Islands. Held at the historic Mahon Hall from the end of November through to December 24, this festive showcase offers visitors a unique opportunity to explore and purchase handcrafted gifts and artworks, making it an essential destination for holiday shopping.

The Winter event proudly features a diverse array of fine art and crafts, including ceramics, textiles, jewelry, woodwork and visual arts, all crafted by local talents.

Visitors can immerse themselves in the island's vibrant arts community, discover one-of-a-kind pieces, and support local artisans, making Artcraft Winter a must-visit destination during the holiday season.

Proceeds from these events support various programs run by Salt Spring Arts, further enriching the local cultural scene.
